Log in to the Outlook Web App (OWA) with your @virginia.edu credentials (not your @darden.virginia.edu credentials).
In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon:
In the window that opens, verify Mail is selected in the left-hand pane, select Forwarding in the middle pane:
Check the box for Enable forwarding and enter your Darden email address in the "Forward my email to:" field. We recommend also checking the box to "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" so that your UVA mailbox can act as a backup.
Please note that the Outlook desktop app does not have a similar setting. Forwarding from the desktop app requires setting up a custom rule.
