Using Mobility Print at SFG (New)

Student Printing at SFG (NEW)

Sands Family Grounds

Fall/Winter 2025

To print at Sands Family Grounds, we ask that you respect the following rules:

1.   Please use the printer that is specifically designated for your program 
   1. MSMIT/MSBA – outside of National Landing
   2. PTMBA and EMBA – the printer outside of Capital
2. Please be mindful of the amount of printing you are doing as this is a community resource
3. Please report any issues by submitting and ticket/email to [email protected] or by visiting the AV/IT Support Office on the 31st Floor near the Capital Classroom

Instructions (NOTE: This only works on a PC or Mac computer):

PC Users

1. Click here to open the installation page
2. Click on Download and run Mobility Print Complete Step 1. It will download a file to your computer.  Double-click on that file (likely in your Downloads folder) to install the Mobility Print utility. 
3. Once your installation is complete, please click on the green box under Step 2 (Connect and get my printers) to add student-available printers at SFG
   1. The box below may appear on in your browser as you proceed
   2. Hit open to proceed

Printer Names:

Mac Users

1. Click here to open the installation page
2. Click on Download and run Mobility Print Complete Step 1. It will download a file to your computer.  Double-click on that file (likely in your Downloads folder) to install the Mobility Print utility.
3. Once your installation is complete, please click on the green box under Step 2 (Connect and get my printers) to add student-available printers at SFG
   1. The .pkg file that downloads may give you an error that it is not from the App store, so you will need to 

Final Note:

Printers installed by this method will have (Mobility) at the end of the printer names
